Adelaide Pollard is a male peculiar and a resident of Flamingo Manor.

When Jacob, Emma, Millard, Bronwyn, and Enoch arrive at the Flamingo Manor loop (or "Flaming Man" as H said), they meet Adelaide, who tells them the police officers they saw outside were more like a gang, luring out-of-town peculiars into their trap and selling them. Adelaide eventually invites the group inside for something to eat where he talks about wanting to leave to look for an old girlfriend. While eating, Bronwyn asks him and Mr. Potts what their peculiarities are, which they ignore, instead saying they should go outside to get some sun. Paul later reveals that the gang in charge made a law that nobody can use their peculiarities except themselves.

Physical Appearance[]
Adelaide is a tall black man in a beautiful blue suit with a matching hat. He physically looks around 70 years old, but is probably older as he lives in a loop.
Personality[]
Adelaide is a kind man, complimenting a lady singing in the loop and offering the group something to eat. Al Potts (aka Mr. Potts), a resident in the loop, says Adelaide laughs too much, to which Adelaide ignored. Emma described everyone in the loop as a little nuts, which Mr. Potts agreed to.
