When Jacob searches for an escort to the old children's home he walks into a shop with a sign on the door reading FISHMONGER. A fishmonger is a person or store that sells fish for food. The fishmonger is depicted in a blood-soaked apron with a cleaver in hand. Jacob vows to himself that he will "never again discriminate against the intoxicated". Earlier, Franklin had told Jacob to ask Kev for someone to take him to the old house, which is probably why he makes this statement.
