Jeffrey Dahmer is a wight mentioned in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
History[]
Dahmer participated in the Experiment of 1908, which turned him into a hollowgast. At some point, he consumed enough peculiars to become a wight. He began killing normals, possibly as food for other hollows, as well as for himself as apparently he'd never lost his taste for humans.
Years before the start of the series, he was caught in Milwaukee "with human heads in the icebox and gibletty goodies in a stock pot over a low boil, like he was making a Christmas dinner." This was publicized in the normals' news, which Jacob Portman vaguely remembers.[1]
