Justin "Pampers" Pamperton is a normal teenage boy who goes to Jacob Portman's high school. He has a job at a local pizza place in Englewood.

Justin Pamperton is the one that brings the pizza to Jacob Portman and his newly-arrived entourage of peculiars and Miss Peregrine. After noticing someone laughing inside, Justin attempts to come into the "party," but is blocked by Jacob. He notes Jacob's "lapse," and reminds him of school jokingly when Jacob temporarily forgets.
