Kim is one of Myron Bentham's assistants.

He is primarily in the Siberia room of the Panloopticon, from where he chased out Jacob Portman and Emma Bloom. Later, Kim and Bentham prepare the heart of the Panloopticon for Jacob's hollowgast to start powering it. Bentham explains to Jacob and Emma that Kim was helping search for a door to Caul's side of the Panloopticon in Siberia's crevasses. He is not very enthusiastic about this task and is bitter about having to spend his time in the freezing cold.
Kim is sent to guide Jacob and Emma to Caul's stronghold. After bringing them into the Argentina room, he shoots a strange creature that had been waiting to ambush them dead, before pointing the two in the right direction.
After the Abaton loop's collapse, he disappears. Miss Peregrine asks Jacob and Emma to describe him in detail before telling everyone that he should be considered dangerous, as it is unknown if he was in on Bentham's morally questionable side.
