Loop lag is a condition that one can suffer from traveling through loops.[1] Animals may also be susceptible when they go through loop entrances.[2]

According to Miss Peregrine, loop lag is normal and normally nothing serious, but it can sometimes become life-threatening. Most of the symptoms sound ridiculous, which is why Jacob Portman is unable to take Miss Peregrine completely seriously while she was checking him for them.[1]
