Lorraine is a female adult peculiar with a super-strength peculiarity. She was a mercenary without loyalties who used to run a 'talent' shop in Devil's Acre before becoming an ambrosia addict fighting for Caul.

Lorraine introduces herself to Jacob, Emma and Addison near a shop where young peculiars showcase their peculiarities to visitors (and are potentially sold), and shows them in when Emma expresses an interest. Lorraine then "test drives" some of the peculiars for the three, and brings Jacob, Emma and Addison into her office after Emma asks to see papers proving that the young peculiars aren't horribly mistreated. Once in the office, Emma attacks Lorraine, and starts interrogating her about wights. After, Jacob, Emma and Addison gag her and tie her to the desk before leaving.
The Desolations of Devil's Acre[]
Lorraine escaped Devil's Acre before the ymbrynes began making arrests, and became an ambro addict fighting for Caul. She is seen with another ambro addict ingesting ambrosia together, before she starts ripping apart an abandoned car and flinging its door at some peculiars from the rescue team meant to save Caul's hostages. One of them moves the car, pushing her with it towards the river, but she dives out of its way.

Physical Appearance[]
When first introduced, she is dressed in a sharp and businesslike 1950s style (knee-length skirt and short black pumps) and puffing on a cigarette. Her hair is teased up in a beehive style, and she has a flat American accent. Her teeth are stained with lipstick.

Lorraine's peculiarity appears to be super strength, as she is seen strong enough to tear apart a car (after taking ambro).
