Marrowbone is a loops that was used during a peace conference between the American peculiar clans in The Conference of the Birds. The entrance to the The loop is located in a gold mine somewhere in America.

Description[]

The loop entrance has a sign down another spur of the tunnel read COSTUMING. The tunnel has an elevator that has a wire cage and a lever on the floor.

Marrowbone has a landscape of forests and hills, and those hills not covered in trees are littered with mining machinery: narrow-gauge train cars heaped with excavated rock; machines belching steam and smoke into the air; heaps of slag. There are a few actual miners here and there, smoking, leaning tiredly on shovels. The Northerns' camps was a collection of buffalo-hide tents at the forest’s edge. Some were elaborate, with doors and windows cut into them, and one was two stories tall. There are shacks at the edge of town named Poverty Flat. The shacks at Poverty Hills are a depressing collection of hovels that look like they might blow away in a strong breeze. The best (and only) accommodations in town is called the Eagle Pass Hotel. Marrowbone is described to be a proper Old West town. The streets are lined with the usual assortment of saddle shops, gunsmiths, and saloons. The saloons have a bar, tables, and the sour smell of spilled beer.
