Miss Millicent Thrush is an ymbryne. She has two loops. One is in London, England, and the entrance is through a crypt under St. Paul's Cathedral. Another is co-run by her and Miss Nightjar; this loop takes all of the hard cases.
Hollow City[]
She was captured with the vast majority of her loop by Caul's men and taken to Devil's Acre. Only three of her wards would be spared from capture, as well as a peculiar pigeon Winnifred who had flown into the loop. Five peculiars who had traveled to the loop from other loops would choose to age forward instead of finding new loops. They were unable to keep moving forward and they aged forward.

Though not directly mentioned, it wouldn't be far of a stretch to say that Miss Thrush was one of the twelve captured ymbrynes would cause the downfall of Devil's Acre. Even if she wasn't she would have been reunited with her surviving wards and would eventually find a new place for them to leave.

Melina had lived in Miss Thrush's loop since she was 16 years old. She would help Miss Peregrine's wards get out of the loop. When Melina dies, Mrs Thrush is devastated.
The Bone Brothers[]
The Bone Brothers were two boys who could communicate with one another. They have a sonic scream and were able to escape the hollowgast attack.
