Mr. Brown is the code name of a male wight.
Hollow City[]
He chases down Jacob and his friends at the train station in Coal and captures them with other wight soldiers, threatening them with his rifle. The wights bring the children to their leader, Mr. White, who interrogates the peculiars on Miss Peregrine's location. After White discovers train tickets on Horace, Brown is sent back to intercept the train and search it for Miss Peregrine. However, Brown doesn't make it out of the field.
Death[]
He gets attacked by the bees in the field, controlled by Hugh. Brown is the first of the group of wights to be killed by them.
Description[]
Jacob describes his voice as a clipped and vowel-flattened way of speaking with a faked British accent.
Appearance[]
Brown is a soldier wearing a British army uniform (khaki shirt, wool pants, black boots, helmet). However, he is not accustomed to wearing these and wears them awkwardly: pants crooked and helmet too far back on his head. He has a radio on his belt and a rifle. As a wight, he has white, pupil-less eyes.
Personality[]
Like most other wights, he will not hesitate in hurting the peculiar children if he has to. He is also scared of them, however, due to their feats of killing a wight and two hollows in the previous couple days, but to Jacob, this just makes him unpredictable. Brown is also not as good a master of disguise as other wights, as he doesn't wear his soldier attire well and his British accent is not quite convincingly done.
