Pompey was a peculiar dog that was enslaved by a rich family and had to drag carts around for the children. She was finally freed by Miss Wren, but she tragically died two weeks later from depression. She is currently buried in the Pet Cemetery at Miss Wren's Menagerie.


Pompey had a healing peculiarity. One lick could heal any wound, no matter how fatal.


  • Her name can be seen on one of the gravestones in the photo of the Pet Cemetery.
  • Pompey was a Roman leader who was defeated in battle by Julius Caesar. He is described by Marullus in Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar  to have previously rode in a chariot through the streets of Rome.
