Raid the Village was a game played by Miss Peregrine's wards in their loop.
Description[]
As the name states, the children literally raid the Cairnholm village: smashing and burning it, stealing things, and chasing and scaring the normals. They are not allowed to kill anyone. However, if a normal does get hurt or die, they are reset when the loop is reset, along with the rest of the village. According to Enoch O' Connor, the game is a way for the children to practice their abilities.[1]
It is similar to Frighten the Normals, a game that was previously banned but now grudgingly tolerated by ymbrynes. It allows their wards to blow off steam and practice manipulating the fragile minds of normals.[2]
