Reggie Breedlove is a male peculiar with the capability of retrieving old and forgotten memories in others.
The Conference of the Birds[]
He makes a brief appearance when he is brought in to try and help Noor Pradesh retrieve her memories of V. Breedlove ends up successfully restoring some memories of her childhood.

Reggie seems to be an elder, for Miss Avocet talks about him when saying 'Respect your elders' when Emma Bloom says he seems to be off balance. He is described as tall and olive-skinned, with a wide face with even wider eyes which never seem to blink, voluminous eyebrows, and big palms.
Personality[]
He seems to be a serious man, but fails, stumbling over pathetically all the time. He doesn't seem to like explaining things when in deep concentration.
Peculiarity[]
Breedlove has the ability to restore forgotten memories. Though, as said by him, if he goes too deep, it will damage the person's brain. Smoke emits from his nostrils while his peculiarity is in use. He looks for blank spots in someone's mind, and he can tell if whatever was erased was big or small. He can then attempt to restore some of the memories, and snippets can continue to come back to the person in the next few days. The experience is described by Noor to be intense, and after the process is done she feels a little tired and unsteady on her feet for a bit.
